Job Description
Residential Conveyancer | Cardiff | 2+ PQE | Growing Firm | Genuine Progression | Up to £60,000 DOE + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer) to join a growing and ambitious firm based in Cardiff. This role would suit someone looking to develop within a supportive, collaborative environment, without being subjected to unrealistic expectations from day one.
The firm is in an active growth phase and is keen to bring on someone who wants to be part of that journey. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a close knit team, with the chance to grow your workload steadily. While the focus is residential property, any experience in commercial property would be welcomed but is not essential.
What sets this firm apart is its approach to people and progression. New joiners are given time to settle in, with no immediate pressure to carry a heavy caseload. Billing targets are introduced only once you are fully embedded, with a clear emphasis on quality of work over volume. As a newer firm, the role is office based while culture and structure continue to develop, offering a genuinely collaborative working environment.
There is real scope for long term progression as the department and firm continue to grow, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take on more responsibility over time.
The firm offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 DOE, alongside a bonus structure where, once targets are introduced, you will earn 5% on all billings above target.
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience, who is client focused, motivated to grow with the firm, and enjoys working as part of an office based team.
