THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for a role where you can enjoy a genuine work-life balance while handling high-quality work? A highly regarding Legal 500 ranked practice is seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join it’s growing team in Northamptonshire. Superb opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join on a full or part-time basis and deal with a high-quality caseload. You will be managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration and inheritance tax planning. As well as handling your own caseload, you will be working closely with the Head of Department, supporting and supervising junior members of the team as well as supporting the wider team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Private Client Solicitor will have at least 5 years’ experience and be able demonstrate strong technical expertise across all types of private client matters including complex Wills, LPAS, the administration of estates, inheritance tax planning as well as advising high-net-worth individuals and families on succession planning. Ideal Private Client Lawyers will have the ability to mentor and supervise junior lawyers and possess a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
