Residential Property Fee Earner | 3+ PQE | Wiltshire | Salary up to £50,000

The Opportunity
An established law firm in Wiltshire is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to join a stable and well regarded team, providing long term support while managing your own caseload.

The Role
You will be responsible for handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, progressing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. The role requires a strong focus on client care and collaboration with colleagues to ensure efficient file progression and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing a mixed residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Handling matters independently from instruction to completion
• Maintaining excellent client care and professional relationships with agents, lenders and third parties
• Working collaboratively within the conveyancing team
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures

About You
• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (CILEX or Solicitor preferred)
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong communication and client handling skills
• Team focused with the ability to adapt to shared workflows
