Private Client Lawyer, 2+ Years PQE, up to c£55,000 plus extensive benefits, West Midlands. You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills, Trusts & Tax, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Probate & Estate Management. STEP membership would be an advantage but not essential at this stage. PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
Responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills, Trusts & Tax, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Probate & Estate Management., and support and mentor more junior members of the team. Supporting the continued growth of the team you will have proven business development skills.

STEP membership would be an advantage. Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy a must.
