•The firm is seeking an experienced Head of Family Finance to lead a high performing team within an established Family Law Department.

•This senior leadership role is ideal for a commercially minded family finance specialist who is passionate about delivering excellence and driving business growth.

•The firm are looking for a senior family finance solicitor with over 10 years’ experience, and expertise in family and children law. Proven leadership of legal teams, business development success, and financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management is essential.

•Highly regarded practitioner with an established external reputation in family law, exceptional client relationship skills, and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style, ideally experienced in working with East End client communities and focused on team development and wellbeing.
