THE ROLE:
The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of Wills, LPAs, and Probate matters, providing clear and empathetic legal advice while ensuring full regulatory compliance. The role also includes advising on Will Trusts and trust registration, with a strong focus on delivering high quality client service and building lasting relationships with clients and referrers.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law. The ideal candidate will have experience in Will Trusts and the Trust Registration Service, which is desirable but not essential. Strong client care and communication skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and well developed organisational abilities. The role requires someone who is confident working independently and capable of managing a busy caseload efficiently while maintaining high professional standards.
