JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our growing team, offering high-quality advice to a diverse client base across a broad range of employment law matters.

The Role
You will play a key role in advising clients on a full spectrum of employment law issues. Your work will include handling and advising on:

• Unfair Dismissal Claims
• Constructive Dismissal
• Discrimination Claims
• Breach of Contract
• Redundancy
• Settlement Agreements

This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own caseload and represent clients in contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Skills & Experience Required
• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client care skills
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Experience handling contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal cases
• A collaborative team player with the confidence to work autonomously
• A genuine passion for supporting employee rights and resolving complex workplace issues
