Property Litigation Solicitor

Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing Dispute Resolution team based in Birmingham. JOB REF:3488.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of property litigation matters and work closely with colleagues across the wider dispute resolution and commercial litigation teams.
• Your caseload will include landlord and tenant matters for both residential and commercial clients, boundary disputes and general property disputes, TOLATA claims and general commercial litigation matters.
• Playing an active role in business development and strengthening the firm’s reputation

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Advocacy experience would be advantageous.
