JOB TITLE: Childcare Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: Salary £55k plus

THE ROLE:
Due to ongoing growth, the childcare team of this reputable practice is looking to recruit an experienced Childcare Solicitor with Children Panel Accreditation to work on behalf of children. As the appointed Childcare Solicitor, you will be working on a range of matters including care proceedings, special guardianship, emergency protection orders and private children law applications.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 5 years PQE and Children’s Panel accreditation is essential. Ideal Childcare Solicitors will have a range of experience gained in dealing with childcare proceedings including special guardianship, EPO’s, care proceedings and private law applications as well as representation of children. With strong advocacy experience, you will possess the ability to offer compassionate support and have a real passion for this area of law.
