Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 DOE + Bonus

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters within a friendly, close knit team. The firm is in an exciting growth phase and is looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey. Although the role is primarily residential, any experience in commercial property would be a welcome bonus.

Bonus Structure
• Competitive salary of £45,000 – £60,000 DOE
• Once targets are introduced, you will earn 5% on all billing over your target

About You
• A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience
• Someone who wants to develop and take on more responsibility as the firm grows
• Confident, client focused, and committed to delivering high quality work
• A team player who enjoys a collaborative, office based environment
