Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ+ Years PQE, Plymouth, £Competitive Salary (DOE) – We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing team based in Plymouth. JOB REF:3474.

THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor or someone with up to a few years’ post-qualification experience to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
• You will gain exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, alongside some residential property matters.
• You will responsible for a varied caseload to include commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations and renewals and some residential conveyancing matters as required

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Experience (or strong training seat) in commercial property
• Willingness to assist with residential property work where needed
• Professional, dedicated, and adaptable in the type of work undertaken
• Committed and keen to grow with the firm long term
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
