Commercial Property Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £105,000+ (DOE) – As the appointed Legal Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strength and success of the Commercial Property department of this leading law firm. JOB REF: 3447.

THE ROLE:
• You will be confident and capable of leading, mentoring, and developing a growing team of commercial property specialists
• Build and strengthen client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business
• Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and business development initiatives
• You will also be responsible for overseeing complex transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and re-mortgages

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
• A proven track record in team leadership and management
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to grow client relationships and revenue streams
• Excellent technical knowledge of commercial property law and transaction processes
