JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE: 6+ years PQE

SALARY: £90-110,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
Following the continued success of its Construction team, this highly regarded firm is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Solicitor. In this role, you will advise a varied client base across both the public and private sectors on a wide range of contentious construction matters.
You will play a key role in advising on complex disputes arising under industry-standard construction contracts, including JCT and NEC. Working alongside an experienced team, you will support clients through a range of dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, litigation, and arbitration. With a strong understanding of alternative dispute resolution methods, you will deliver strategic, commercially focused advice that helps clients navigate challenges and achieve practical, effective outcomes.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 6 years’ PQE and a strong track record in contentious construction law, gained at a well-regarded firm recognised for its expertise in the sector. With the confidence to manage your own caseload, you will bring excellent technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to complex disputes. The successful candidate will also be enthusiastic about business development, with a genuine interest in building lasting client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
