A growing and well regarded law firm in Devon is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor to its expanding property team. The Opportunity
You’ll become part of an experienced and welcoming conveyancing team, working on a varied residential property caseload that includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re mortgages, transfers of equity, and more complex transactions. From day one, you’ll have real responsibility and direct client contact, supported by knowledgeable colleagues and well established processes that enable you to focus on delivering a high quality service.

The Role
• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling a broad range of residential matters, including more complex transactions
• Delivering a consistently high standard of client care
• Communicating effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Supporting business development and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
• Assisting with the development and mentoring of junior team members where appropriate

About You
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, or an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Confident handling matters independently and progressing files efficiently
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using case management systems
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions focused approach
