An established and well regarded law firm in Nottingham is looking to welcome an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to its busy property team. This opportunity has arisen to support an existing, well run caseload during a period of maternity leave and offers the chance to step into a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a residential conveyancing caseload, managing files from instruction through to completion while delivering a consistently high level of client care. This is a fully office based role within a friendly, close knit team that values professionalism, approachability, and teamwork.

Key Details
• Location: Nottingham (office based)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Open to Solicitors, Conveyancing Executives, or experienced Paralegals
• Confident running files independently across a full range of residential property matters
• A personable, client focused approach with strong communication skills
• Ideally locally based or within a reasonable commuting distance
