JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor

THE ROLE:
A well-regarded firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its Hampshire office. You will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, advising clients across a broad range of disputes and providing practical, commercially focused solutions. The role offers autonomy to run your own files while also working alongside senior colleagues on more complex matters where required. You will be responsible for progressing matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting documentation, advising on strategy and representing clients’ interests throughout the litigation process.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with around five to eight years’ post-qualification experience in dispute resolution or civil litigation, although candidates outside of this range will be considered. You will be confident managing your own caseload, with strong organisational skills and a proactive, client-focused approach. You will demonstrate sound technical ability, attention to detail and the ability to deliver clear and practical advice. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships will be key to success in this role.
