THE ROLE:
You will handle a broad and interesting caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising employer clients across a diverse range of sectors. Your work will include tribunal disputes, strategic advisory work, and supporting the employment aspects of corporate transactions, alongside occasional client training. The firm offers genuine scope to shape your own career path and encourages active involvement in business development initiatives. You will also work closely with the partners in supervising and mentoring junior team members.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with strong technical expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for employment law. You will be motivated to continue developing your knowledge and legal skills, while delivering exceptional client service and providing pragmatic, tailored advice. A proven ability to contribute to practice development will also be highly valued.
