Motor Fraud Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership position where your expertise, insight, and ambition will directly influence our national strategy and continued growth. JOB REF:3418.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for managing and developing your own caseload and client portfolio, delivering excellence at every stage.
• You will be a key member of the team, helping to shape direction, innovation, and best practice.
• Share your expertise through thought leadership, including articles, training, and industry insight.
• Supervise more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Motor Fraud Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• You will have a strong and proven track record in motor claims litigation, particularly fraud work.
• An existing caseload and the ability to further develop client relationships.
• Demonstrable leadership skills, with experience influencing at a senior level.
• A genuine enthusiasm for evolving and improving motor claims services.
