THE ROLE:
You will manage a wide range of commercial property matters across both public and private sector clients. This will include drafting and negotiating retail leases and agreements, advising on acquisitions, and supporting mixed-use development projects, as well as carrying out due diligence and providing ongoing client support. You will also obtain indemnity insurance quotations, liaise with clients, brokers and underwriters, undertake legal research, attend client and multi-party meetings, and contribute to business development activities.
Working with well-regarded clients on high-value transactions in a fast-moving environment, this role offers a valuable opportunity to further enhance your technical expertise and commercial awareness within a collaborative and high-performing team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm welcomes applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, who have gained solid technical experience at a leading national or regional firm and can demonstrate a strong track record in handling high-quality real estate matters, including retail leases and agreements as well as development work. Experience in property finance and/or property development would be advantageous.
You will possess a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and pragmatic manner, alongside a proactive approach and a genuine interest in supporting the continued growth of the practice and its sector specialisms.
