Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Residential Property Fee Earner, Oxfordshire, Salary up to £50,000. We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established Wiltshire team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide long term support to the conveyancing team while managing their own caseload. JOB REF: 215303392

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Progress matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Deliver high quality client care and maintain strong working relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures and processes.

Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (CILEX or Solicitor preferred).
• Strong experience within residential conveyancing is essential.
• Confident in managing a mixed caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Team focused with the ability to adapt to shared workflows.
