Residential Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, South Wales, £40,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking firm, handling a varied caseload while developing your career within a friendly and collaborative environment. JOB REF: 3380

THE ROLE:
• You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and general residential property advice.
• You will work with a diverse client base, including first-time buyers, home movers, investors, and developers.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
