THE ROLE:
This award-winning firm is looking to recruit a talented lawyer to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for its high-profile commercial client base, while also supporting the wider firm on corporate transactions and outsourcing projects. You will take ownership of complex, often high-value employment matters across a range of sectors. As part of a dynamic and rapidly growing team, you will work closely with the partner and colleagues, playing a key role in the ongoing development and success of the practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, gained at a reputable firm, with strong technical expertise, a solid grounding in employment law, and a genuine enthusiasm for the field. You will be confident leading on Employment Tribunal matters, managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. A strong commitment to exceptional client service is essential, alongside a proven ability to build lasting relationships, drive client retention, and generate referrals to support the continued growth of the practice. Experience advising on restrictive covenant disputes and team moves would be highly advantageous. Proficiency in a foreign language, such as French, Spanish, Japanese or German, is not essential but would also be beneficial.
