THE ROLE:
• You will join a busy Residential Property team, managing your own varied caseload of matters ranging from high-volume conveyancing to more complex, bespoke transactions.
• Deliver high-quality legal advice with a commercial and client-focused approach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless, high-quality service
• Build your professional profile and network within the local market
• Supervise more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Commercially aware, with an interest in business development
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment
