JOB TITLE: Residential Property Paralegal
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Circa £24k - £26k

THE ROLE:
The opportunity has arisen to join a respected regional law firm with a strong local reputation. If you’re looking for the next step in your career as a Residential Property Paralegal, then this could be the role for you. You will be supporting experienced fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will be supporting on the management of residential property transactions, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity. You will be carrying out searches and assisting with title checks as well as liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have previous experience in residential property or conveyancing (at least 12 months) and possess strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills together with a client focussed approach and the ability to work independently. The successful Residential Property Paralegal will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
