Real Estate Solicitor (Senior Hire), 10+ Years PQE, Leeds, To c£150,000 DOE – A new opportunity for a Senior Lawyer with proven experience in managing, mentoring, and inspiring a specialist team overseeing public sector work. JOB REF: 3315

• Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with a minimum of 10 Years PQE and a proven track record managing relationships with clients in local government.
• You'll play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high-quality legal services, and driving business growth.
• Lead and supervise a high-performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development.
• Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s reputation nationally.
• A following is not required, however it is essential that you have a solid track record leading teams, managing work and relationships within public sector panels.
