JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and top-ranked team. You will advise a diverse client base, including both private and public sector organisations, across the full spectrum of employment law matters—both contentious and non-contentious. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will handle a varied caseload, including advising on complex employment issues, drafting contracts and policies, supporting corporate transactions, and managing claims relating to unfair and wrongful dismissal, as well as redundancy matters. THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, with solid experience in employment law gained at a well-regarded firm known for its expertise in this area. The ideal candidate will be confident managing their own caseload, demonstrate strong technical knowledge, and show an enthusiasm for business development and client relationship building.
