A respected and growing law firm in Devon is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its expanding litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in civil litigation, including property disputes, personal injury, and contentious probate, to work on a varied and high-quality caseload.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to resolution. You will advise clients on a range of disputes, represent them in court proceedings where required, and play a key role in delivering a high standard of legal service. The position will involve handling all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting court documentation, negotiating settlements, and developing case strategies, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in litigation and solid experience handling a range of civil matters. You will possess a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules, along with excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills. The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, combined with strong analytical thinking and client relationship skills, will be essential in this role.
