Construction Solicitor

Construction Solicitor, Birmingham, 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham / Hybrid, £80,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment with the chance to work alongside experienced industry leaders. JOB REF: 3264.

THE ROLE:
• You will be involved in a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, with work spanning key sectors including retail, housing, student accommodation, hospitality, and regeneration.
• You will have a varied caseload to include pre-contract procurement advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and documentation and advising on project delivery and risk management
• Building strong client relationships and understanding their commercial objectives
• Supervision of more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
• It is essential that you have strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of construction contracts and appointments
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across varied projects
• A proactive approach to building internal and external relationships
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently
• A commercial mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
