Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Defendant), NQ-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career working on complex, high-value matters within a supportive and highly regarded team. JOB REF: 3256.

THE ROLE:
• You will manage a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of healthcare clients, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
• You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
• You will liaise with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses to gather evidence
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with up to 3 years PQE
• You will have strong knowledge of defendant clinical negligence work
• Experience handling complex clinical negligence matters
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and organisational skills
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
