THE OPPORTUNITY:
An award-winning and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly regarded Partners on a broad mix of high-quality, City-level employment work, without the London commute.

You will advise a diverse client base including commercial clients across a range of sectors as well as high-profile charities, and senior employees. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing real breadth and career development from the outset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advising on a wide range of employment law matters (contentious and non-contentious)
• Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Supporting on Employment Tribunal matters
• Providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

THE CANDIDATE

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with at least one seat in Employment Law
• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach
• Experience gained within a reputable regional or City firm (preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Ambitious and eager to develop within a supportive team
