Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, LONDON, 5 + PQE, £60,000 + BONUS. This is a hands on role where you will manage a full caseload, actively generate work, and build lasting relationships with clients and introducers. JOB REF: 3215

•You will manage a full caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, shared ownership, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages.

•The role requires working autonomously while providing supervision to junior staff when needed, maintaining strong relationships with estate agents and other introducers. Additionally, you will actively generate new business, cultivate referral sources, and work to expand the existing pipeline of clients.

•The appointed solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing, with experience managing a busy caseload, mentoring junior staff, and demonstrating strong client relationship and business development skills.

•This role offers a competitive salary of around £60,000, with the potential for performance-based bonuses. It provides a clear route to partnership and represents an exciting growth opportunity within a supportive and collaborative environment.
