Residential Conveyancer | NQ – 3 PQE | West Midlands | Up to £35,000 DOE

A well-established and busy property firm in the West Midlands is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancer to join their team. This opportunity is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced non-qualified fee earners, making it ideal for those looking to grow their career in residential property law.

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new build properties. The role will involve preparing contracts, reports on title, conducting searches, raising enquiries, and liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors. Maintaining high levels of client care and compliance with SRA and AML regulations will be key.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing files independently or with minimal supervision, possess strong organisational and time management skills, and have excellent communication abilities. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service are essential.
