OVERVIEW:
• Join an established Property Litigation team handling a varied and engaging caseload of residential and commercial property disputes.
• Advise a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers and private individuals.
• Handle matters including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, possession claims and rights of way.
• Take responsibility for cases from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Draft pleadings and correspondence, negotiate settlements and progress matters through litigation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the department.
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and proven experience handling a range of property litigation matters.
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and strong technical expertise.
• Commercially minded and pragmatic in your approach to resolving disputes.
• Excellent communication and client care skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Motivated to develop long term client relationships and contribute to the department’s ongoing success.
• Well established law firm with a strong reputation for delivering practical, high quality legal advice.
• Recognised expertise across property, commercial and dispute resolution matters.
