Overview
We are seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable firm in the West Midlands. This opportunity is open to Solicitors NQ–3 PQE or Chartered Legal Executives.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing a caseload of private client matters from instruction to completion
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Administering estates, including probate and intestacy matters
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising clients on Inheritance Tax and trust matters
• Handling Court of Protection applications (where applicable)
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high levels of client care
• Ensuring compliance with SRA and AML regulations

Candidate Profile
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive
• Ability to manage files independently (with supervision where appropriate)
• Strong technical knowledge of private client law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and client-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
