Property Litigation Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, London, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an established Partner or an ambitious senior lawyer ready for partnership to help develop their client base, strengthen their market presence, and support the continued growth of their Real Estate practice. JOB REF:2964

THE ROLE:
• You will play a pivotal role in building and growing the Property Disputes offering while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of complex and high-value property disputes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers, consistently exceeding service expectations
• Supervise and support more junior fee earners
• Support the management and development of key client relationships

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE.
• Significant experience within a Real Estate / Property Disputes team
• Proven business development capability with a strong track record of converting activity into instructions
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Commercial awareness and strong financial management of matters
