Property Litigation Solicitor – Bedfordshire, 3+ PQE, Salary up to £50-£70,000 (DOE). Join a highly respected specialist property litigation team, offering an excellent opportunity for ambitious solicitors keen to develop their careers in this specialised field. JOB REF: 215302915

THE ROLE:
This role offers hands-on exposure to a broad spectrum of residential and commercial property disputes, advising landlords, tenants, developers, and owners on complex contentious matters. You will manage your own caseload with support, while also collaborating closely with the Head of Department and a high-performing, supportive team.

Your work will include commercial lease renewals, rent recovery, dilapidations, service charge and deposit disputes, forfeiture and possession proceedings, and issues involving rights of light, restrictive covenants, easements, breach of covenant, and break notices. In addition, you will play an active role in client care, business development, and wider networking initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years’ PQE in Property Litigation, combining strong technical expertise with excellent communication and client-facing skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and take real pride in delivering work of the highest standard. Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities with confidence, you will also demonstrate a proactive mindset, showing genuine enthusiasm for your own professional growth and making a positive contribution to the wider team.
