JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor (Development)
PQE: 1+ PQE

SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
A well-established law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with proven development experience to the team. There is an existing client portfolio and this opportunity offers the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer the chance to work within a collaborative and friendly team. Working on your own caseload of commercial property and development matters, you will be building strong relationships as well as playing a key role in business development and further developing the practice.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE in dealing with commercial property and development work. With a strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, ideally you will have a proactive approach to client engagement as well as a desire to contribute to team growth and success.
