JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: Circa £35k plus

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established team and deal with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Working within the busy residential property team, you will be handling a busy caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

THE CANDIDATE:
A growing practice who is looking for a Residential Property Fee Earner with at least 3 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will be able to provide advice across all aspects of residential property including residential freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, sales and purchases, shared ownership and transfer of equity. You will have a strong track record of dealing with the whole conveyancing process from start to finish and possess the capability to advise on all aspects of residential property matters.
