Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, specialist practice advising a wide range of business clients across multiple sectors. JOB REF:2848

THE ROLE:
• You manage your own caseload, gaining strong exposure to high-quality commercial property work and client contact from the outset.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases of owner-occupied commercial property, secured lending and related finance transactions and sale and leaseback arrangements.
• Supervising more junior members of the team.
• Taking part in business development and networking activities

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• A proactive, reliable and deadline-focused working style
• The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Experience working in a busy, professional environment
