• The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base on complex and challenging construction matters at every stage of the process, handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work including adjudication, arbitration, mediation, expert determination, litigation, and insurance-related claims.

• You will manage an independent caseload, building lasting relationships with existing and new clients, working closely with developers, contractors, consultants, property owners, and insurers across both the public and private sectors.

• Additionally, you will mentor and support junior colleagues and participate in the firms wider business development initiatives.

• The firm is looking for an experienced Lawyer with at least 4 years’ PQE, possessing strong technical expertise in construction law. The ideal candidate will have experience in Technology & Construction Court litigation, adjudication, arbitration, and other ADR processes.

• You should demonstrate proven knowledge of standard industry contracts such as JCT, NEC, and FIDIC, with the ability to interpret, draft, and advise in these areas, as well as familiarity with bespoke contracts.
