OVERVIEW:
• Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, managing files independently from instruction to completion
• Join a supportive, high-street practice offering autonomy alongside guidance from directors, conveyancers and support staff, within a collaborative team environment
• A predominantly office-based role with flexibility where required
• Suited to an experienced conveyancer (minimum three years’ experience), whether solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
