•The appointed solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice and support to stakeholders across complex advisory matters and contentious disputes, including participation in Employment Tribunal cases.

•The ideal employment solicitor will have at least 3 years’ PQE, a proven track record in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, strong advocacy skills, confidence in managing tribunal claims, and professionalism in client relations.
