OVERVIEW:
• The individual in this role will be accountable for managing a caseload of military claims, both litigated and pre-litigated, as well as overseeing industrial disease claims as necessary.
• Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and prior experience managing intricate and high-value claims against the Ministry of Defence, as well as fast track/multi-track litigated cases involving short tail and long tail diseases and other industrial disease cases.
• You will be able to handle a high workload, as well as understanding litigation, the Civil Procedure Rules, regulations and legislation concerning military claims.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
