THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a long-established and highly regarded law firm based in Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a busy and friendly property team, handling a broad variety of residential conveyancing matters. You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and new build transactions, while delivering a high-quality and client-focused service within a supportive and expanding practice.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing and will be proactive, organised and detail oriented. Strong communication abilities and sound IT skills are essential, alongside the capability to run a diverse caseload independently. This role is well suited to someone seeking the next step in their career within a forward-thinking and encouraging environment.
