The Role:
A highly regarded firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist a partner following a consultant’s recent retirement. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice and handle a varied real estate caseload within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload primarily focused on commercial property transactions
• Provide assistance on residential property matters when required (with team support available)
• Work closely with the partner to maintain high service standards and client relationships
• Contribute to the smooth running of the department during a busy period

Key Details:
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 3–6 months (potential to extend)
• Support: Full secretarial assistance provided
• Systems: CMS Peppermint
• Working Arrangement: Ideally office-based, though hybrid working may be considered
