OVERVIEW:
•The appointed solicitor will report to the Contracts Team Leader
•You will manage a caseload of matters which includes, consumer contracts, professional negligence cases, and inheritance matters
•You will deliver clear and accurate legal advice, helping clients fully understand their options, the claims process, and potential outcomes
•The firm are seeking qualified solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil litigation, with a focus on Professional Negligence or Inheritance claims
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to effectively manage your time and prioritise your workload
