Residential Development Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Bristol, £65,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a thriving Residential Development Team in Bristol. JOB REF:1514.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a busy residential development caseload to include residential development projects, bridging finance and lender-side transactions, plot sales & site set up, auction transactions, title splitting & drafting leases and Infrastructure agreements.
• You will provide expert, commercially focused legal advice, managing transactions with minimal supervision and ensuring exceptional standards of client service at every stage.
• Support junior team members through supervision, mentoring, and sharing technical and commercial knowledge.
• You should have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
• Engage proactively in business development initiatives, including networking, building client relationships, and promoting the firm’s family law expertise across the region.
