The Role:
A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to strengthen its private client team with the appointment of an experienced and forward-thinking legal professional. This position is ideal for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong technical knowledge across all areas of private client law, including wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), probate, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning. You will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the department while mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, providing ongoing training and support to help them develop their expertise.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and a proven track record of managing an independent caseload encompassing wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration. STEP membership (or a willingness to work towards it) would be highly advantageous. You will bring strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence in handling more complex matters. A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management is essential. As the role involves travel to the firm’s other offices and client sites, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
