RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (HEAD OF CONVEYANCING), 5+ PQE, BERKSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £60-70,000 (DOE) + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE. The successful candidate will lead and expand the conveyancing department, taking a central role in strategic planning and business development, with a strong focus on driving performance and embedding best practices within the team.

• The firm are seeking qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with strong technical experience in conveyancing (commercial and residential) and experience managing or supervising a team.

• You will have the autonomy to shape and grow your own team, while managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. Alongside this, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, contribute to the integration of new technologies, and play an active role in strengthening the firm’s reputation and presence in the local market.

• You must demonstrate strong commercial awareness and ambition, with candidates who bring an existing client following considered highly desirable
