THE ROLE:

• Taking responsibility for supporting clients through care proceedings, from initial involvement right through to final hearings.
• Advising on special guardianship applications and related public law matters.
• Undertaking your own advocacy and representing clients in court.

THE CANDIDATE:
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE as a Childcare Solicitor and will be looking for the next step in their career.
• Able to manage your own caseload with experience in public children law matters.
• A strong communicator, with the ability to empathise and remain calm under pressure.
• Confident in explaining complex legal issues in clear, reassuring language.
